Peace Love and Gloves was formed by four best friends from childhood, who grew up together on a notorious council estate in the South Coast of England.
Within their first 6 months, Peace Love and Gloves were selling out every local music venue and attracting a strong fan base, leading them to perform across the country and take the main stage at several festivals, leading to a growing career.
The last 10 years of the band has been a 'crazy blur' for PLG and they took a back seat whilst living a life of 'Sex, Drugs and Rock 'n' Roll". In 2020, after a short break, PLG headed back into the studio, to craft their best music to date.
Frontman Mark has taken inspiration from their time growing up in underprivileged areas, to tales of childhood heartbreak and difficulties.
Combining tight-knit instrumentation, infectious energy, and blurring the genres between indie rock, brit rock, and hip-hop - PLG is a band to be excited about. With scheduled live shows already being sold out for their much-awaited return, PLG is set to have their best year yet.
